Asta eForm and workflow system can facilitate the whole eProcurement process with advanced flow and eForm setting.

Asta eForm and Workflow System is a web base workflow system replacing traditional paper form with electronic forms. Users can easily make a requisition request form which can then be automatically routed to designated approvers in various departments, such as Finance Department and Purchasing Department. Approval process can be checked by the end user with graphical user interface anytime. To facilitate timely approval, auto-generated email notification can be sent to the approver to remind any outstanding approval task. Also, mobile devices, such as Blackberry, iPhone, Android can be used for email approval, in which end user can work on the approval anytime and anywhere.

Asta Workflow engine supports complex workflow, for example looping, countersign and conditional flow. Also, it is scalable and flexible to integrate with Active Directory / LDAP for Single Sign On process.
